Over a period of ten years a number of conceptual works were created, followed by exhibitions in Germany and abroad. Between 1994 and 2001, Fischer was Head of the Department of Architecture\/Design at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg. Since 2001 he has been the Professor of Industrial Design at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. In his design office in Frankfurt am Main he works primarily on projects motivated by interest in and curiosity about fundamental issues concerning design and architecture. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eProjects including the planning of the information carriers for the passenger guidance system at Frankfurt Airport, framework development planning for Messe Frankfurt and an information system for Ciba\/Basel.
