He returned to Pratt as a Professor of Three-Dimensional Design in the Industrial Design Department and later served as a Lecturer in the Design Department at the University of California Davis. Seeking to pair talented local artisans with world-class international designers, Rob founded blankblank in California in 2004. The CONCENTRIC collection is based on an artistic effort to highlight the interplay between light and the reflection of color, with each white circular panel playing with a different color on the back.
