Winner of more than 40 international design awards for his projects, his activity is focused on research and development of design for the furniture industry, using cardboards, paper and recycled materials. He is also active in academia. From 2011 he is Mentor at the Indonesian Ministry of Industry and Trade to help developing furniture innovation centers (as the Innovation Centre Luchtenfels in Germany).
